Delivery
Shippable orders: Hard-copy products are sent to our fulfillment house within one business day of receiving the order. Orders are shipped via US Postal Service from our fulfillment house.
Electronic orders: Electronic products (MP3’s, eBooks) are delivered within moments of ordering, via a link to the email address you gave us when you placed the order.
Discounts
Discounts do not apply to subscriptions, conferences, shipping, handling, taxes or customs fees.
