This paper, co-authored by Jean Rogers, David Wood and Lisa Michelle Galley, translates responsible property investment principles into proposed action tools that help investors to set triple bottom line strategy, measure performance, uncover value opportunities, as well as establish accountability within acquisition and portfolio management activities.
