George’s responsibilities include financial and market analysis for our clients, focusing on the influence of sustainability on each project’s bottom line. Additionally, George assists our clients by sourcing financial incentives for their green building projects. He is currently editing a textbook on green office retrofits, to be published by the Urban Land Institute.

As a development manager and consultant, George has worked on real estate assignments for a number of clients, both domestically and internationally, including the US State Department and the US Army Corps of Engineers. He began his career with RCLCo (Robert Charles Lesser and Company) in Washington, DC, and has extensive experience with the market positioning and development of mixed-use and urban infill projects.

George has a professional development certificate in real estate finance and investment from New York University and received his BA in economics and honors with distinction from the University of Michigan.
